save up for a rainy day. Do a little bit at a time. lay the foundation for future successes and they will pay off in dividends. one step at a time and you'll eventually reach the end of the path. the time will pass anyway, spend it preparing. touch grass and don't doomscroll. the world exists with or without you. don't get lost in your own head, no matter what happens. go the fuck outside sometimes.
